LCC International University (former Lithuania Christian Fund College) is a nationally and internationally recognized liberal arts institution in the city of Klaipeda, Lithuania. Established in 1991 by a joint venture of Lithuanian, Canadian and American foundations, LCC has distinguished itself in the region by offering a unique, future-oriented style of education and an interactive academic environment. The LCC education places broad-based education within the context of a Christian academic community in order to extend education beyond the classroom. As a part of LCC's vision to prepare students to participate actively in the life of their home communities, the role of each individual in the building of society is emphasized through active participation in community projects and practica.
The Republic of Lithuania recognizes LCC as a Bachelor's Degree granting university.

* Library Balciunai library serves as the learning and research center by providing a welcoming study place and a variety of resources, including research library with 22,000 English volumes, 15,000 volumes textbook collection, a number of periodicals, multimedia materials and access to internet based scholar resources. * Computer laboratory The computer lab consists of 2 classrooms of 40 computer terminals with access to Microsoft Office Professional 2007 and the internet. Explore the virtual campus of the computer laboratory.
* Neufeld Hall Neufeld Hall is a 230-seat auditorium used for classes, large meetings and concerts. The hall is fitted with cinema-style seating and is equipped with a computer, multimedia equipment and wide screen.
Built in 2007, Neumann Hall is LCCs newest campus addition and is home to 196 residents. Located in the center of the LCC International University campus, living in Neumann provides you with a 2-minute walk to classrooms, faculty offices, the gymnasium and fitness center and the cafeteria. Student rooms in Neumann Hall are shared by 4 residents who each have their own bed, desk & closet and share a common entry area and bathroom. The residence hall also has a computer lab, TV lounge, game room, art studio and study room in central common areas, and a beautiful Chapel on the 6th floor.
LCC International University currently offers housing in Karklu dormitory, located 10 minutes from downtown Klaipeda and 25 minutes from the college. The dormitory is also close to many amenities such as grocery stores, banks, a movie theatre, and restaurants, and is a 25 minute walk from the sea.
The 51 student rooms each have a bed, desk, and closet space for four students in addition to bathroom and kitchen areas. Each of the four floors has its own kitchen, lounge and laundry room. The dorm has a large backyard with a full-size basketball court, which is also used for ball-hockey tournaments, barbecues, and other social events. LCC's Michealsen centras is a multi-purpose building constructed for the benefit of the LCC community and Klaipeda residents. The 2500 m2 center can host over 1000 people for sports events and more than 1600 for auditorium events. The sports hall is also accompanied by a fitness center.
The hall converts easily to an auditorium for public events and community gatherings. A portable stage, sound system and lighting equipment make the Michealsen centras an excellent auditorium for hosting theatrical, vocal and musical performances. Life in Klaipeda
As a student at LCC International University you can keep yourself busy without even leaving the University campus. With all the student activities, clubs, and events, there is plenty to get involved in. Yet, should you want to explore the surroundings, Klaipeda and th region offers plenty of possibilities.
Klaipeda is a great place to be a student. This seaside city is Lithuanias third-largest city (population 201,800). Klaipeda has everything you would expect to find in a city plus a great seaside atmosphere. Klaipedas mix of natural seaside attractions, lively arts scene, varied shopping and entertainment, make it a vibrant, enjoyable place to live.

Living in Klaipeda is great for cyclists. Klaipeda is connected with a number of seaside resorts by great cycling routes.
If you are not much into cycling, an easy stroll down the endless beaches of white sand, dunes and pine forests is always a possibility. It only takes about 5 minutes on a local bus to get from the University campus to the seaside.
Klaipeda has a number of conventional night clubs that are liked by many students. However, if your understanding of a fun night out is slightly different than a usual night in a club, Klaipeda has many different possibilities on offer. How about spending an evening in one of the best jazz clubs in Lithuania - Kurpiai or chilling out in a small cafe with great DJs.
LCC International University has two residence halls: Neumann Hall on campus and Karklu Hall downtown. The residence halls are more than just buildings: each is a community where LCC students from around the world can sleep, eat, study, socialize, laugh, learn, and build relationships. This year, approximately 400 students live in University housing.
Living in University Housing isn't just about a bed to sleep in and a place to store your stuff. The Residence Life & Housing at LCC International University offers amazing places to live and great places to learn. Students from over 20 different countries live in LCC's residence halls, giving residents many opportunities to grow in their knowledge of new cultures and traditions.
Both residence halls have alcohol free policies. Upon applying to live in the residence halls, students must agree to abide by the following Honor Code.
