Established in 1981, The University of Queensland’s Institute of Continuing & TESOL Education (ICTE-UQ) has developed a domestic and international reputation as a centre of excellence for onshore and offshore.

ICTE-UQ Accommodation Officers are available to speak with students/program participants who require assistance with homestay or other personal matters. Professional counsellors are also available on campus through ICTE-UQ if required.

- Students who need to see a Doctor for an emergency on campus can go to The University Health Service (UHS).
- The Campus Pharmacy is located in Union Arcade and sells prescription and non-prescription medication as well as general medical supplies. The pharmacy also has a Kodak Mini-lab and passport photograph services.
