Education

The Blanquerna-URL student will be able to learn with three different learning formats: practicing professionals from the sector concerned, teachers and researchers. All three complement each other and incorporate differentiating elements in the teaching-learning process.

Teachers from the sector bring their experience and the real world to the classroom. Teachers promote analysis and synthesis. Researchers provide the results of their research. A complete education which takes on board the complexities of reality.

Housing services

In Blanquerna-URL we do not have accommodation or search for accommodation, but here you will find some agencies looking for housing for international students newcomers to the city. In Barcelona, students can stay in shared or individual flats, residences or hostels. Prices range from € 350 to € 2,000 per month.

ICT services

At Blanquerna-URL technology is not only considered to be a vital learning tool, but its use is demanded in the specific context of the profession. This provides our students with a broad knowledge of the use of the latest tools they will have to use on an everyday basis.

Campus life

Blanquerna-URL is an acknowledged and recognised centre for the preparation of top professionals in Catalonia and is cofounder of the Universitat Ramon Llull, the first Catalan university to be awarded the status of Campus de Excelencia Internacional (CEI) by the Spanish government.

Three faculties in different areas of Barcelona, 462 teachers, 5,300 graduate students and collaboration agreements with 2,390 companies and institutions have gone beyond the old model of the university campus confined to a limited space.

Blanquerna-URL provides a network rich in knowledge, opportunities and synergies between university, the business world and society.

The European Commission gives Blanquerna the HRS4R accreditation, the seal that defines the Human Resources Strategy for researchers and reflects Blanquerna's commitment to continuously improve human resources policies in accordance with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, and, in particular, its commitment to fair recruitment procedures and transparent.
