About

History

Institut de Formation de Gestionnaire de Patrimoine (IFGP) was founded in 1995 to provide instruction to private bankers in Switzerland. It became Geneva Business School in 2010, to highlight its purpose of teaching business administration and finance. GBS started a global expansion opening campuses in Barcelona (2012), in Madrid (2018) and has numerous partnerships around the globe.

GBS offers doctoral degrees in Social Responsibility and Business Administration that focuses on leading changes in business management, policy, and strategy, supported by a thorough approach to discipline-based research and industry experts.

Research

The International Research Centre is the hub for all GBS-related research activity and specifically programs looking at sports management, technology in business education and on leadership and work in the 21st century, encouraging projects that involve international collaboration primarily on:

Geneva Business School has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), the Association of Accredited Schools of Business International (AASBI) and EDUQUA. GBS has also strong ties with partner universities, enabling exchange programs
