History
In 1937, Madonna University (then known as Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Junior College) was established by Mother Mary DeSales Tocka and her council in the Felician Central Convent in Livonia, with a first year enrollment of 18 Sisters.

The Office of Career Development offers programs and services that support students and recent graduates who are initiating and implementing their career plans. Student Senate represents student-athletes, organizations, school spirit, the University’s various colleges, and many more subgroups including the student body at large.
Housing services
- Five bedroom, two bath air-conditioned apartment units. All units are single gender.
- Bedrooms are fully furnished, including a bed frame, twin XL mattress, desk, desk chair, nightstand, closet, and dresser.
- Living space includes a couch, love seat, two end tables, coffee table, entertainment stand, dining room table, and four dining room chairs.
- Kitchen includes a full-size stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, sink, bar top, and four bar stools.
- Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor of the building. Laundry machines are free for on campus residents.
Library services
The Madonna University library provides quality resources, research assistance, and instruction in an atmosphere that reflects Christian service and values. Walk-in research clinics, author events, a casual coffee room, and more help make the library a pleasant yet educational experience
ICT services
Technology permeates Madonna’s campus in smart classrooms, all-digital editing suites, mobile learning tools, social networking, and electronic signage.
- A wireless network is included in each bedroom.
- Cable connections are included in each bedroom and living room, which includes over 50 channels.
Medical services
Students can receive helpful information about prevention programs, stress management, conflict resolution, work/life balance, self-esteem and many other areas from our office.

Sports facilities
- Open Gym - Students can enjoy the use of the Activities Center late night for pick up basketball and volleyball when Michigan's weather turns cold and the outdoor courts are covered in snow.
- Fitness Center - Students can take a break from studying and stay in shape using the equipment in our Fitness Center, located on the ground level of the University Center.
- Sand and Volleyball and Outdoor Basketball Courts - With the support of Student Senate, sand volleyball and outdoor basketball courts were installed in early 2017.REQUEST INFO
