College of Agriculture

The mission of the College of Agriculture is to develop human capital at the undergraduate and graduate levels to support agriculture, agriculturally related industries, natural resources management, education and research. In doing so, the College of Agriculture educates people for productive lives that contribute to agriculture, society and to the economic competitiveness of Kansas.

Education

The College strives to be a learning organization with a commitment to professionalism, professional development, and promotion of the relevance of our work to those outside the organization; provide research-based and best practice information for informed decision-making and use best teaching methods to deliver current and relevant information to learning environments; address complex issues using holistic, interdisciplinary, interactive methods; provide learning opportunities through the full span of life and across the range of human needs, using diverse and relevant delivery methods; cultivate and reward scholarship in teaching, research, integration and engagement.

Research

Research activity in the College of Agriculture and the Kansas Agricultural Experiment Station (KAES) is built on a legacy of faculty success. These web pages allow you to learn more about the faculty researchers that make our university system among the top leaders of university agricultural research.

Student clubs

There are many different components that make up your university experience. While your academic are your top priority, it's also important to get involved in clubs and organizations while you attend Kansas State University. College and departmental clubs gives you the opportunity to learn and build lifelong skills outside of the classroom.
