University of Cambridge International Summer Programmes

The University of Cambridge International Summer Programmes offer an intensive one-to six-week learning experience and the opportunity to live in some of Cambridge’s most beautiful Colleges. With over 60 nationalities represented, students include graduates, undergraduates, and other adults aged 18 to 80+ from a wide range of backgrounds.

Education

Most of our two-week programmes are made up of between two and four academically-rigorous courses; one-week options are also available for most programmes. Courses include classroom sessions (Monday to Friday), theme-related plenary lectures which explore new ideas and will extend your knowledge of your chosen subjects, and more general evening talks designed to add to your enjoyment and introduce you to other subjects. Our Art and Visual Culture and Business and Entrepreneurship Programmes have core sessions which all participants attend.

Housing services

You will have the rare opportunity to experience life in one of Cambridge's historic Colleges. Enjoy the fellowship of dining in a magnificent hall and sharing relaxed conversation with like-minded students with a wealth of life experience.

Accommodation is in single rooms normally occupied by undergraduates. You can choose a basic room with a bed and washbasin; or one with en suite bath/shower facilities. Breakfast and evening meals are included in the cost. A number of twin en suite rooms are available in Queens’ College (twins are for spouses, partners and siblings, only). Double rooms are not available.

Library services

Students will have access to faculty and departmental libraries and will receive a University computer account with internet access.
