History
The International Academy of Sport Science and Technology (AISTS), located in Lausanne, Switzerland is a not-for-profit association founded by eight institutions, including the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
Education
The mission of the AISTS is to bring a positive contribution to the management of sport through post-graduate and executive education, as well as applied research, consulting and services by developing, integrating and delivering multidisciplinary knowledge from human sciences, life sciences and engineering sciences.
Research

Career
The AISTS provides career services to participants of its MAS in Sport Administration programme supporting them in finding work within the sport industry. Graduates of the MAS in Sport Administration programme end up working for international sport governing bodies like the International Olympic Committee, UEFA and other similar organisations.

Our other prestigious and valued founders include the City of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, and a consortium of three leading Swiss Universities, the EPFL, University of Lausanne and the University of Geneva, as well as two private educational institutes, IMD and the EHL (Lausanne Hotel School).

Formação sólida e alinhamento ao mercado
Minha experiência no curso de Administração foi muito positiva e contribuiu significativamente para o meu desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal. Ao longo da graduação, tive contato com disciplinas fundamentais como marketing, gestão estratégica, finanças, recursos humanos e empreendedorismo, que me ajudaram a ter uma visão ampla e integrada das organizações. O curso estimulou o pensamento crítico, a análise de cenários e a tomada de decisões, habilidades essenciais para o mercado de trabalho. Além disso, os trabalhos acadêmicos, estudos de caso e projetos práticos permitiram aplicar a teoria à realidade das empresas, tornando o aprendizado mais dinâmico. Como ponto de melhoria, acredito que poderia haver ainda mais atividades práticas e aproximação com o mercado, como parcerias com empresas e projetos reais. No geral, a formação foi sólida e me deixou mais preparada para atuar na área administrativa e seguir evoluindo profissionalmente.
