Student Life

Campus life

San Diego State University is in the very southwest corner of the United States. We have a beautiful Mediterranean climate—daytime temperatures are rarely below 60 degrees or above 80 degrees. The sun is usually out and it rarely rains. In other words, it's always flip-flop weather!SDSU's campus is within a 15-minute drive of downtown San Diego, the Pacific ocean, and the mountains. And we're only two hours south of Los Angeles.
