Research
Murdoch is a research-led university, which focuses on multidisciplinary translational research with real-life impact. We apply new knowledge from the lab and insights from public policy debates to real world challenges, improving business, policy, practice and outcomes. Housing services
Do you need a place to call home while you study? As a Murdoch University student, you’ll have a range of accommodation options on and off campus.
Be part of a vibrant community of more than 800 students at Murdoch University Village. The village features a wide range of secure apartments as well as recreational facilities, including a beach volleyball court, swimming pool, study lounges and a student lounge.
You can also join the unique Live, Learn and Grow residential life program which will help you adjust to campus life.

The University Library spans three locations across two campuses. We offer a variety of study spaces and facilities to suit your needs.
Campus life
Our Perth campus is where the Murdoch experience first began. Set amongst native bushland just 15kms from the CBD, our largest campus was built on the foundations of free-thinking and curiosity to deliver a unique learning environment.
Sports facilities
Murdoch Sports manages sport and recreation for students, staff and the surrounding community as well as the sporting facilities on the Perth campus.
