Commuter life in Durham

I love my time at University of New Hampshire. The campus is very pretty and I have met some great people in my program. As a commuter there are plenty of places around campus for me to go and do course work when I am not in class. It is also close to Portsmouth which has a lot of great restaurants to go to with friends.

Transfer Friendly And Social

I was originally a student at the University of Delaware but transferred to New Hampshire for my Junior year. I loved both schools and it's honestly impossible to choose between the two. UNH has a great campus and a ton of interesting people to meet. I transferred to ski and was not disappointed!

A Journey Worth Taking

Being an international student at the University of New Hampshire has been an unforgettable chapter of my life. The campus feels like stepping into a storybook with its old, vintage charm, especially during fall when the leaves paint the town in golden hues. The seasons here are distinct, and each has its own personalityfrom the crisp, snowy winters to the blossoming springs, the weather keeps life exciting. The university itself stands out for its quality of education and the incredible diversity on campus. I've had the privilege of meeting people from all over the world, sharing cultures, stories, and laughs. The professors are knowledgeable and approachable, always encouraging us to explore beyond the curriculum. What I love most about my time here is the balance between academics and the funtime moments. From student events to serene walks around campus, its a place where you can study hard and live fully. Its also a space where you grownot just as a student but as a person. To anyone considering the University of New Hampshire, Id say, "Go for it." Youll leave with more than just a degree; youll leave with memories, friendships, and lessons that will stay with you for life. As they say, "Sometimes we forget to count our blessings," but my time here is a blessing Ill always remember. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Its not just a school; its an experience, a journey, and a chapter of growth. And if youre someone who believes, like me, that "worries fade here," this might just be your place too.
