Pathway to a Doctorate

My program was adopted into National University about half way through and the transition was relatively smooth. The majority of the JFK staff have always been stellar and supportive. While I can not provide much information about National University as a whole because of my limited interactions with the institution, I can say that the JFK school of psychology provides a solid doctoral program. This program has a serious focus on culture within the field and is dedicated to produce competent psychologists.

Supportive for Adult Learners

The school is supportive and accommodating to adult students. Financial aid can be slow. The school went through several administrative changes in the past 3 years. My experience is different from other cohorts because a majority of the program was done online due to the pandemic. Traditionally, the program is strictly in-person. I enjoyed the online process, but learning over zoom can be challenging for both faculties and students.
