Each area is integrated into several programs offered in both initial and continuing education, providing comprehensive and relevant pathways that meet the diverse needs of students, learners, and businesses.

Research

Clermont School of Business together with the University of Clermont Auvergne (IAE Auvergne – UCA) is a co-supervisor and co-founder of “CleRMa”, a joint research laboratory in Management Sciences (originally created under the name CRCGM in 2008 and renamed Clermont Recherche Management or CleRMa, in November 2018). It is labelled as a host team, EA 3849, and brings together teacher-researchers in management sciences in the city of Clermont.

In concrete terms, it is the main research laboratory in management sciences for the school’s teacher-researchers. It has 140 members, including more than 70 teacher-researchers (19 of whom are qualified to direct research) and 40 PhD students.

Campus life

Founded in 1919 at 4 boulevard Trudaine in former military garrison premises, the Clermont School of Business is located in the centre of Clermont-Ferrand. A first extension was added to the building in 1992 and a second in 2024. This 4,000 m² extension was based on the renovation of former municipal premises and the addition of a new building. Since the start of the academic year in 2024, the Trudaine XL Campus has covered an area of 15,000 m².

Sports facilities

The Sports Office (BDS) sets the pace for the School’s sports life each year. This is the must-join association for all sports fans!It offers extracurricular sports activities such as:

  • football,
  • rugby,
  • handball,
  • basketball,
  • volleyball,
  • and all individual sports.
It also organizes inter-school sports tournaments and takes part each year in regional and national championships: the French football championship, women’s and men’s basketball, volleyball, and the regional rugby championship. In 2022, and for the first time in the School’s history, the football and basketball teams won the title of French Champions!

Student clubs

Our students have always been encouraged to get involved in associative life in order to gain experience, maturity and autonomy outside the classroom!

Joining an association and committing to a project throughout the year also makes it possible to meet other students and inevitably strengthens the sense of community.
