History
In 1852 the Bath School of Art was established after the Great Exhibition, and there begins our long and prestigious history. The School enjoyed a reputation as one of the leading art schools in the country, and some of Britain’s best known artists, including Walter Sickert and Howard Hodgkin, studied and taught at what was to become the Bath School of Art and Design.

Small Bath campus, big support
I am happy about my university. I'll be graduating in a few months, and I can confidently recommend it to future students. Moreover the teachers are very helpful, they support you in everything you do. I have not been in their main campus in Bath, because I live in London, so I can say that the one I've been, it is smaller, but the quality of the service, staff and teachers is very high.
Opportunistic
I had a great experience with this uni in terms of opportunity. I managed to do 2 internships, lots of assistance from course leaders on getting jobs and work experience, and I also studied a semester abroad in Sydney which was a great experience and has only made me more curious to travel abroad again. My course was okay, a lot of improvements needed as we were the first class of marketing, but these changes will be made by now.
Studying assessment based
First of all I enjoy how easy and fast the admission to Bath Spa is making it a pleasant experience, additionally I would like to mention that there is a diverse community in the university but my most favourite part is how instead of exams we have to do assignments, because that's an interesting concept I believe it's better than exams, because after all it aids students to actually gain experience rather than just memorising, I like how university prepares us for the future in order to get employed, as I've heard from my seniors that it is a requirement to write a CV with all the experiences we gained throughout our course. Perhaps what could be improved, would be bigger library although considering that most assignments are based of gaining experience I believe that's not critical. In conclusion I'm happy that my university is doing its best to prepare me for my future career by making me gain experience!
