History
PJAIT was set up in 1994 as Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology (PJIIT) or Polsko - Japo´nska Wyzsza Szkola Technik Komputerowych (PJWSTK), by the Foundation for the Development of Computer Techniques which implemented the agreement between the goverments of Poland and Japan of 1993.
