The Center for Student Engagement works to create experiences that aid new students in their successful transition to Wentworth. Programs for our new students include New Student Orientation, Wentworth Opening Week, First Year Seminar Classes, and Welcome Socials. The goal of these programs is to create a supportive environment where students can learn, grow,and succeed."
At Wentworth,living and learning go hand in hand, because if you’re not comfortable with your living situation, it could affect your academic performance.
Students will receive a laptop model based on their academic major. If the major allows choice of laptop, the selection will need to be made before the deadline (will be sent via email). Any changes to laptop choice after this deadline will result in a laptop change fee. If the major doesn't allow choice, students will receive the default laptop model based on their academic major.
In addition to primary medical care, Wentworth offers specialized services including counseling, disability services and comprehensive health education. Atrius Health (formerly Harvard Vanguard Student Health Services) (Atrius) provides primary medical care services on campus to students enrolled at Wentworth.
Located in the ground floor of Beatty Hall,the Flanagan Campus Center is a fun, safe, and inclusive space for students to meet, relax, study, play, work out, or buy tickets or books. Open from early until late seven days a week, it’s always bustling with activity.
The Wentworth Leopards compete in 16 NCAA Division III varsity teams as part of the Eastern College Athletic Conference and the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC). Over the past 25 years, the Leopards have won a total of 18 conference championships in baseball, men’s basketball, golf, men’s ice hockey, men’s soccer, and men’s tennis.
