History
The California Institute of Advanced Management (CIAM) was founded by Dr. William A. Cohen (President Emeritus), and Ms. Jennie Ta (President/CEO) with the encouragement of philanthropist Minglo Shao, the principal benefactor of the school.

Library services
LIRN is an online library accessible to students and faculty 24/7 at www.LIRN.net and in our courses in Canvas. LIRN provides a core library collection with access to thousands of scholarly journals, e-books, and audio-visual media. Through LIRN, CIAM provides access to SkillSoft (formerly Books 24X7), that offers on-demand, instant access to more than 30,000 titles in various formats.
Campus life
CiAM is committed to providing a respectful, professional, and safe learning environment. Concrete approch
The training is comprehensive and internationally oriented, which is very important for a generalist engineer. Icam's project-based approach to teaching is an interesting way of learning, and the practical aspects help us to better understand how things work.
A brief review of the university: Ciheam Zaragoza
I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at Ciheam Zaragoza. The university offers a conducive environment for academic pursuits, with most necessary resources readily available to support studies. The proximity to a research center is a significant advantage, allowing students to engage in practicals, which greatly enhances the theoretical knowledge gained in classrooms. The academic facilities are well maintained, and the faculty members are approachable and always willing to provide guidance and support. However, one area where the university could improve is in offering more social activities. While there are sports facilities available, the range of social events and activities could be expanded. Increasing these opportunities would help students engage more with each other outside the classroom, fostering a stronger sense of community and enhancing the overall university experience.

Icam is a generalist engineering school which allows to students to have the opportunity to go abroad and learn a wide range of skills and be able to do a large panel of work after the school and be adaptable.
