Library services
The Miller F. Whittaker Library at SC State University has joined forces with several other academic libraries from South Carolina’s public and private colleges and universities and the S.C. State Library to provide quicker access to more than four million books and other educational materials as a member of South Carolina’s virtual academic library, PASCAL Delivers.

Medical services
Brooks Health Center, within the Division of Student Affairs mission is to contribute to the holistic educational experience of students at SC State by ensuring they have access to quality affordable episodic and preventive health care as well as to provide activities and programs which will promote healthy lifestyle behavior and wellness.
Sports facilities
Intramural Sports’ mission is to provide activities and programs that enhance wellness, fitness and healthy lifestyles of students, and faculty/staff at SC State University.
The Intramural Sports Program is one of the largest co-curricular activity programs that complement the formal academic curriculum. It offers extensive opportunities to currently enrolled South Carolina State University (SCSU) students, faculty, staff and their spouses/partners to engage in a number of competitive and structured activities each year.Student clubs
