Services

Student services

Wingate University is proud of its commitment to educating global citizens for the 21st century. One way we do that is through the efforts of the Office of International Programs. Through their efforts, Wingate students can broaden their horizons by taking advantage of foreign travel through W’International courses. In addition to overseeing the study abroad program, the International Programs staff also provide international student services to students from more than 30 countries.

Housing services

There are six buildings primarily designated for first-year students, with a few wonderful themed-living communities. All first-year residence halls are coed to varying degrees: by floor, wing or alternating room. Students can indicate their preference on the housing questionnaire.

Library services

The Ethel K. Smith Library contains more than 95,000 print volumes and provides access to an array of resources. Subscriptions to online scholarly journals and InterLibrary Loan services expand research capabilities for students and faculty beyond what is available on the shelves. The most important resource available, however, is a team of dedicated librarians and staff.

ICT services

It’s a digital world, and the Office of Information Technology Services strives to keep everyone connected. From helping you access campus Wi-Fi to providing recommendations on how to stay safe online, the staff of ITS is prepared to answer your questions. Need help? Stop by their desk on the second floor of the library.

Medical services

Located in the Clubhouse, the Health Center treats all full-time students on the main campus. We believe in promoting health and wellness by encouraging students, faculty and staff to make their well-being a priority.
