Studying Computer Information Systems at UFV has been a really good experience for me. The courses are challenging but interesting, and I've learned a lot of practical skills that I know will be useful in my career. I like that many of the assignments focus on solving real problems instead of just memorizing theory, which makes learning much more engaging. One of the things I've appreciated most is how supportive the instructors are. They're approachable, genuinely want students to succeed, and are always willing to answer questions or provide extra help when needed. The class sizes also make it easier to interact with professors and classmates, creating a comfortable learning environment. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to offer more upper-level CIS courses each semester and expand co-op or internship opportunities. That would give students more flexibility when planning their degree and more chances to gain industry experience before graduating. Overall, I've had a positive experience at UFV. It has helped me build my technical skills, improve my confidence, and prepare for a career in tech. I'm happy with my decision to study here and would recommend the program to anyone looking for a supportive and practical computing education.
It's a small university in Roosendaal, the communication with the teachers is easy going. They really help you with improving and personal growth, and career opportunities. Not slot of diversity on the university
