Founded in 1924, our mission is, “to glorify God by equipping godly servant-leaders for the proclamation of His Word and the building up of the body of Christ worldwide.” Teach Truth. Love Well.
We praise God that he has raised up so many wonderful seminaries with strengths — such as carrying on theological viewpoints or serving denominational needs — but we feel privileged that God’s direction for DTS is simply to equip students with the truth of the Bible, trusting it to change lives.
DTS offers on-campus housing student and their families, and our Relocation office can also help you find a great place off campus. The Dallas campus has two affordable housing options: Swiss Tower and Washington Hall.
89 apartments are available for DTS students, single or married, without children.

The mission of the library is to assist DTS faculty, students and staff in their teaching, learning, research, and course-related ministry, by providing information resources, research methods instruction, reference assistance, study facilities, and media production resources. We are open to the public but highly focused on supporting the DTS family.
Health insurance is required for all Seminary students. DTS has chosen Academic HealthPlans to provide student insurance.
