Franklin’s Center for Career Development offers a wide array of services to meet the diverse needs of our students and alumni in today’s changing workforce. Our goal is to help develop lifelong career management skills and integrate academic and career interests, as well as to connect students and alumni with employers and businesses interested in discovering great talent.

Student services

Students are assigned a dedicated academic advisor who will assist with academic planning, and have access to career and disability services.  Students also have access to a variety of free academic support offices and resources, as well as technology support through our Help Desk or self-support portal.

Housing services

Franklin University offers independent living in a friendly and diverse city.  Programs available to F-1 international students are offered at Franklin University's Main Campus, which is a non-residential campus in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Franklin students choose the best housing and transportation options for their individual preferences and budget. Our international students frequently choose to live in nearby apartments. 

Library services

Franklin's Learning Commons features a library with access to thousands of free online books, databases and research guides.  The Learning Commons also provides tutoring and workshops, all of which are free to Franklin students. 

ICT services

Franklin University's Help Desk is available via phone, email or chat to assist students with technology and access issues.  Students can also access an online self-support portal to troubleshoot issues.
