Since 1994, ITU has built a foundation of research projects focused on finding real-world solutions to the problems of the modern world. The university’s Electrical Engineering Program has successfully developed projects that offer resolutions for diabetes management, robotics automation, and personal electricity monitoring. Our industry-relevant labs offer students from around the world the opportunity to create projects that can have a positive impact on society and instill a strong understanding of the basic principles of the program.

Use of the ITU fitness room requires membership. Membership rules are aimed at keeping administration costs at a minimum in order to maintain a low membership fee. Therefore, we are not able to provide you should not expect the flexibility and service available in private fitness centers.
Over a six-year period, important aspects of ITU’s educational and organizational performance were reviewed by a highly-qualified team representing ITU’s peer schools in the Western region. The WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) found that ITU meets high academic standards in all of its graduate, doctoral, and certificate programs and continually seeks to meet the needs of students, parents, and employers as it delivers quality education in its electrical engineering, computer and software engineering, engineering management, international business, interdisciplinary sciences, and digital arts programs.

It's one of the cheapest universities in the state, and as I mentioned, you get what you pay for. However, just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's bad. In the engineering field, it's on par with or better than UACH. It has obvious shortcomings, but at the end of the day, a good student will shine anywhere.
Overall my school is a 9/10 but for the fact that the bathrooms are gross and people there dont care is crazy, we classify each career by how dirty they are, (on the top we have civil engineering) but other than that my school is pretty good, to be fair my career has the best teachers and theres always something new to learn.
I had an incredibly positive experience at my university, which provided a well-rounded education encompassing various fields. This diversity allowed me to not only develop technical skills in programming, web development, and information systems but also gain a broader understanding of societal, ethical, and philosophical aspects relevant to the field of technology. The integration of hands-on experiences, such as the Development of Mobile Applications for iOS, ensured that theoretical knowledge was applied in practical scenarios. The university's emphasis on languages, both foreign and professionally oriented, greatly enhanced my communication skills, a crucial asset in the professional world. The faculty members were knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment. The inclusion of courses in human-computer interaction showcased a commitment to holistic education, emphasizing the importance of user experience in technology design. In terms of improvements, there could be more emphasis on industry collaborations and internships to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world. Additionally, increased exposure to emerging technologies and trends could further enhance the students' readiness for the rapidly evolving tech landscape. Summing up my overall study experience, I would describe it as enriching and empowering. The diverse courses, supportive faculty, and practical applications have equipped me with a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of information technology. While there's always room for improvement, my time at the university has undoubtedly prepared me for the challenges and opportunities in the dynamic field of technology.
