Located east of Oblate’s main building (known as the Benson Theological Center), the WTC offers WI-FI, exceptional in-house catering, an outdoor courtyard, covered breezeway, student lounge, and quick access to all Oblate buildings.

Library services

85,000+ volumes are but a few of the treasures awaiting visitors at the Donald E. O’Shaughnessy Library (DEOL). The 24,000+ square feet library offers resources relating to the curriculum and programs of OST as well as materials designed for scholarly research in theological subject fields.

The library is open for study and research to visiting scholars, researchers, and the local community.

Oblate School of Theology was incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas, April 18, 1950. The School is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as an accredited institution of higher education. It is approved by the Texas Workforce Commission (formerly part of the Texas Education Agency) for the training of persons receiving Veterans Administration benefits under the provisions of Section 1775, Chapter 36, Title 38, United States Code, and by the Department of Homeland Security, for non-quota foreign students. The School is authorized under Federal law to enroll non-immigrant foreign students.
