History
In September 1961, the first students stepped onto the grounds of a spacious, lake-centered campus that only a short time earlier had been named St. Andrews Presbyterian College. Long before the arrival of those first students, Presbyterians across North Carolina, laity and clergy, had committed themselves to this new adventure in higher education.

St. Andrews carries immense pride in providing its students with an exemplary education. St. Andrews’ storied faculty are passionate about their students and guide them to success both in and out of the classroom. St. Andrews offer 21 Majors and 21 Minors.

Webber International University is accredited by the the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award degrees at the associate, bachelor and master's levels.
