History

On April 6, 1927, Grace Knight and Roger W. Babson founded the University which was to carry the last name of their granddaughter, Camilla Grace Webber. Webber was originally established as a women’s college, with the exclusive purpose of teaching women about business. It was the first school chartered under the educational and charitable laws of the State of Florida as a non-profit organization.

Career

The Career Services office is a resource for both current students and alumni of Webber International University. We strive to help students start preparing for their future career as soon as they step foot on Webber’s campus. The staff is available to help you figure out a little more about your personality through various assessments, ramp up your resume and cover letter, and assist in the development of your interview skills through mock interviews. We also aim to help you make connections with potential employers by organizing on-campus employer visits and an annual career fair here at Webber.

All of the rooms in the residence halls are fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and closet for each resident. A twin size bed is also provided. Leather couches and chairs are provided in the common living area.

International Business Review

Since Ive been a student of international business at WIBS, i have benefited from a well thought out program that covers a huge portion of business on an international scale, ranging from target audiencing to strategic marketing etc. How to effectively use supply chain management, social media marketing strategies, learning all of these has given me the skills and knowledge thats expected to succeed in an ever evolving field.

Promising

I want to acknowledge that the school has potential, to be something great. If only they improve on the following things, one they have to be more supportive to the students to do. You have to be more understanding of the backgrounds of the students from 330 to improve on the cafeteria food.
