History
The 1960s at Red River College Polytechnic, formerly the Manitoba Institute of Applied Arts, were an exciting time of growth and opportunity. From the newly constructed campus on Notre Dame in 1963 to the emerging field of computing, the College was growing fast.
Education
Red River College Polytechnic offers over 200 full- and part-time degree, diploma, post-diploma, and certificate options. Most of our programs take two years or less to complete, allowing you to get a head start on your career. Our students don’t sit in lecture theatres all day. From skilled trades and research labs to the frontlines of industry, our practicum-based programming gives you the chance to learn through experience.

Career
Student Employment Services offers students and recent graduates assistance with job search strategies, cover letter and resume writing, interview preparation, employment application forms, informational interviews and current labour market information. Student Employment Services provides personalized support and direction to students and recent graduates seeking summer, part-time, full-time and temporary employment.
Housing services
Red River College Polytechnic’s student Residence is located inside the Paterson GlobalFoods Institute and is two blocks away from the Roblin Centre in Winnipeg’s historic Exchange District. The Notre Dame Campus is easily accessible by bus from the Residence.
Library services
Red River College Polytechnic has two full-service libraries – one at the Notre Dame Campus and the other at the Exchange District Campus, with both locations featuring study areas and open access computers. The Library has over 50,000 titles including books, journals, reports, and government publications in print format, plus many more in digital format.

As the primary stewards of information technology, Information Technology Solutions positively contributes to meeting the goals of the College community.
Medical services
Red River College Polytechnic’s Health Services provides students and staff with a variety of health and wellness information for general interest, immunizations, ongoing health condition maintenance, plus treatment for injuries and illness.

Red River College Polytechnic has eight campuses across Manitoba, including several located in rural communities. Our campuses include state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to ensure that our students are ready for the workforce after graduation.

Great study sessions and wifi
The campus is really great for me. There are a lot of useful items that students can use to their advantage. The study sessions that it has is really useful for any students that need help with anything and the WiFi is really great here

Very serene environment with excellent academic gurus aim at shaping the life of students for better always. I'm mostly impressed by their new design extracurricular activities and entrepreneurship skills which help groom her students in for the secular world after graduation.
Helpful tutors and solid wifi
The college is pretty great.The study/tutoring center is really helpful with any students that need I've only been there for nearly a year now and it's pretty good with my experience. The WiFi is also pretty good
