RIT Croatia, formerly known as the American College of Management and Technology (ACMT) was established in Croatia in 1997 when the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia initiated the establishment of private higher education institutions.
RIT Croatia offers four undergraduate programs: Hospitality and Tourism Management (Dubrovnik), Global Business Management/IB (Zagreb), New Media Design (Zagreb) and Information Technology/Web and Mobile Computing (Dubrovnik and Zagreb). In addition, as part of RIT Croatia's life-long learning initiatives, we are facilitating the opportunity for students to earn Master of Science degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology, at RIT Croatia's Zagreb campus: Master of Science program in Organizational Leadership and Innovation and Master of Science in Information Technology and Analytics.
RIT Croatia's Career Services office cooperates with companies on a regional and international level. The aim of the office is to provide support to future employers in identifying young, talented professionals and to provide effective services to students that empower them to succeed in their career paths.
The Student Government is a self-governing organization of and for the students of RIT Croatia. The Student Government works to improve the quality of student life at RIT Croatia. The RIT Croatia Student Government represents all RIT Croatia students.
Along with computers and Internet access, our libraries offer a wide range of scientific and professional literature in digital and print form. You can access domestic and foreign books, textbooks, journals and magazines, diploma papers, dictionaries, lexicons, and almanacs. Every library has computers reserved for accessing RIT online database only.
Lecture halls and computer rooms at RIT Croatia are equipped with cutting-edge computer equipment, including the most innovative Apple iMac computers and iPad devices. All students have access to modern technologies, including RIT’s online myCourses system, which enables them to communicate with their colleagues and professors. It also lets them access all teaching materials, seven-days-a-week.
RIT Croatia Student Clubs include E-Sports Club. RIT Croatia takes great interest in providing its students with recreation options to encourage healthier living style. Therefore, we have Fitness Centers available to our students, faculty and staff free of charge at both campuses.
