My online study experience has been a bit hectic, but good overall. There was a lot to learn at first, like using the student portal, submitting assignments, and understanding Turnitin for plagiarism. I also had to get the hang of proper citation and how to format assignments, from the front page to font sizes, and knowing how to write good introductions and content. I really enjoy the online classes taught by facilitators from India – they bring valuable international experience. However, I do think communication with our personal administrators could be better. If you have a problem, it often takes a while to get a response, which can be frustrating.
