The Office of Institutional Research (IR) empowers data-informed decision-making of PennWest administration, faculty, and staff through accurate and timely data collection, reporting, and analysis. The office maintains the University's compliance with external agencies through data submissions, survey responses, and policy assurance.

Quality of nursing program at pwani University
Pwani University offers a well-structured nursing program that balances theory and practice. The lecturers are knowledgeable and dedicated, ensuring students understand both the scientific and practical aspects of nursing. Clinical placements are provided in reputable hospitals, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in real healthcare settings. However, there is room for improvement in access to updated medical equipment in skills labs. Overall, the program prepares students well for professional practice and future specialization.
