Research
At GOe Tech Center, we drive research and innovation to transform the food and beverage industry. To this end, we focus our work on the following OBJECTIVES :
- To generate and transfer knowledge to the business sector and society.
- Working with agents from across the food and gastronomy value chain.
Campus life
The BCC contains a Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences located in Donostia-San Sebastián attached to Mondragon University and a Centre for Research and Innovation in Food and Gastronomy, which is a unique project in Europe.It is a living Faculty where food enthusiasts and catering professional live side-by-side, where events, series of conferences and seminars and cultural events are organised.In a unique building that has won several awards, equipped with the best facilities so that students can learn in the most effective and practical way possible.
