Housing services

Finland does not have a dormitory system on campuses, but there are housing providers for affordable, effortless, and safe student accommodation in both LAB's campus cities, Lahti and Lappeenranta. Applying for an apartment is the student’s responsibility.

Higher education students typically live in studios, one-bedroom apartments or shared apartments, and there are many accommodation options located near campuses or within easy public transportation access.

Houses and apartments in Finland are high-quality, well-insulated, and double-glazed as a default. They are designed to keep warm air inside and are therefore well-heated during winters.
