As part of your course you will carry out your own research project. This can take the form of a dissertation, work-based project or consultancy project.

Housing services
The majority of accommodation is in Headington and this is the most popular option for students, with the ease of an inter-campus bus linking the university locations.
There is a range of accommodation comprising of single study-bedrooms, many are en-suite and some are catered. All rooms have wi-fi with access to the university intranet and course materials. Self-catering accommodation suitable for independent wheelchair users is available. You are entitled to a free bus pass if you live in halls.

Library services
At Brookes you’ll enjoy the very best learning spaces.
A brand new library, dedicated social learning spaces, and hi-tech teaching facilities are just some of the resources you will have access to.

The IT Service Desk provides support for all staff and students across the University and is easily contactable through a web portal, over the phone, or an old fashioned visit to the Service Desk Point located on every campus.

At Brookes, we want to enable you to get the best out of your studies within a supportive environment which recognises the differing needs of our students, from staff looking after your academic and personal wellbeing, to disability and dyslexia services, sport and many other areas.The majority of our Health services are located on the main campus.
Campus life
Students studying with the Oxford Brookes Business School will study in one of the World’s most renowned cities for learning, benefiting from not only beautiful surroundings but the Business School’s brand new facilities and home at Headington Campus.
Each of our campuses in Oxford has residential accommodation, playing fields, libraries, computer rooms and Brookes Union shops.
We're continuing to create spaces to inspire students and further enhance the status of a degree from Oxford Brookes. In September 2017 we opened the new Clerici Building, home to the Business School.

Sports facilities
We provide our students with lots of fun and affordable ways to get involved with sport and exercise, from absolute beginners to elite athletes.
We have an excellent sports centre at Headington, offering a little something for everyone. Whether you want to use the fitness suite or heavy weights room, or join one of our our 40+ clubs and university sports teams.
Facilities include badminton courts, squash courts, basketball courts, football, hockey and rugby pitches and a climbing wall and tower.
Our Brookes Active initiative ensures that students have the means and motivation to keep fit through a regular programme of fun and informal events, classes and activities.

Brookes Union will help you get the most out of your student and University experience. When you join Brookes you automatically become a member and there are plenty of ways to get involved. You can become an officer or sit on the student council, join or run a society, and get advice from professionals about important issues.
