Warning to International Students
Visa rejected for 'insufficient funds' (Art. 38.1 a) 20). I provided all documents, but ESEI is refusing my 80% refund by claiming documents were 'missing'—which is legally incorrect under Spanish law as no Requerimiento was issued. Be careful with their refund policy.
