Kaplan Business School is not a research institution, so does not appear in the global university rankings tables such as QS and Times Higher Education. However, by not conducting research, Kaplan is able to devote all its resources to what matters most for students, namely the Quality of Teaching, Student Support, Learner Engagement and Graduate Outcomes and Employability.

KBS has significantly expanded the online library OpenAthens with dozens of new journal subscriptions and 600 newly published e-books written by academics and business leaders.
