St. Ambrose University has come a long way since it began as a seminary and school of commerce for young men in 1882.

Medical services
Health Services is staffed by a registered nurse who provides free and confidential care for students and employees.
The nurse will assess the health needs of clients and make appropriate referrals whenever necessary.

St. Ambrose University is located in Davenport, Iowa, part of the Quad Cities – a bi-state (Iowa and Illinois) metropolitan area situated on the only major stretch of the Mississippi River that runs from east to west.
