Living on campus as St. Ambrose University is about as good as it gets!
We provide modern residence halls (some of the best in the Midwest!), sweet suite living, apartments, and close access to everything you need academically, spiritually, and physically to succeed in college.
We contribute to the educational mission of St. Ambrose University by teaching library use and strategies for independent learning and providing an environment that encourages study, intellectual and cultural endeavors, and personal growth.
The St. Ambrose University Department of Residence Life strives to foster a safe, supportive, and empowering community that will challenge and support our residents to grow and develop holistically.
SAU Wellness and Recreation promotes and coordinates campus-wide intramural (competitive and recreational) sports, as well as club sports, and fitness/wellness services for all students.
Events and programs enhance skills, foster life-long friendships, and teach the understanding of true sportsmanship while promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
It's been said that college is more than just going to class. With over 80 student clubs and organizations to choose from, there's a way for students (traditional and non-traditional) to get involved.
Getting involved is a great way to hone those leadership skills, build your resume, or even make friends you'll remember for life. St. Ambrose students contribute to their communities (campus, local, regional, national and international) proudly.
St. Ambrose University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
