Founded in 2001, ICEP Europe was part of University College Dublins Campus Company Development Programme and was the overall winner of the Campus Company Development Programme award in 2001.

ICEP Europe provides a comprehensive suite of specialised research based online courses unique in their content and practical in their application focusing on the topics of special needs and psychological issues.
