These Professional Pathways are available for eligible students at no extra cost. This gives you the opportunity to add further training, worth more than £3,000, to your CV, continuing to develop your skills with those that are highly valued by employers.

Housing services
There are more than 1,200 single study-bedrooms spread across five residences, providing a mix of en-suite and non en-suite university accommodation. The student residences are near to each other, which creates a real student community feels. Many of the residences have a flat-style layout, with their own front door and access-only entry, as well as being self-catered with fully equipped kitchens.
Campus life
Situated right in the centre of the busy city of Southampton, Solent University’s main campus is ideally located for students.This vibrant and modern city has a rich maritime heritage and offers all the charm and excitement of a bustling waterfront city with much for students to explore.
Of course, being in the city centre means that many amenities are just a few minutes’ walk from the lecture room, but as well as exploring Southampton and the south coast, students can take some time to discover what’s available on campus, from the student-run cinema and fitness facilities to the campus cafes and Students’ Union.
