Hyper Island was founded in 1996 in Karlskrona, later expanding to Stockholm. What began as an alternative learning experiment quickly became a pioneer in experiential education. The university began designing tailored learning experiences for businesses – helping teams and organisations adapt, grow, and lead through change.
