Education

In cooperation with the faculties of the University of Oldenburg, C3L offers a continually expanding range of part-time degree bachelor and master’s programmes for professionals, as well as part-time certificate programmes. Students who successfully complete our certificate programmes receive a certificate from the University of Oldenburg; earned credits can later be applied toward a degree programme. C3L course modules are delivered in both blended and fully online formats, using the Center’s online learning platform C3LLO, thus making learning easily accessible and flexible. The Master in the Management of Technology Enhanced Learning (MTEL) is one of C3L’s premiere, fully online master’s programmes.

Research

C3L's continuing education programmes are developed in close collaboration with the University's research institutes. As a scientific center that both researches and teaches innovation in new teaching and learning methods, C3L offers professional expertise in the latest educational and technological developments. C3L’s MTEL programme has a close affiliation with the University’s Center for Open Education Research (COER), and many of the COER members teach in the programme. As a direct benefit of this collaboration, the MTEL programme is able to incorporate both the professional expertise and the latest groundbreaking research in the field into its courses.
